| Beschreibung | Realistic multi-stage engine start sequence for all motorized vehicles.
- Short press of the engine key: ignition/contact ON (dashboard powers up).
- Glow plug pre-heating with a small HUD indicator next to the speedometer. Pre-heat time depends on ambient AND engine temperature (warm engine = no waiting).
- Hold the engine key to crank. Cranking before the glow plugs are ready may result in a failed start and slight engine damage.
- After a cold start the engine needs a few seconds of idle warm-up before responding to the throttle.
Fully compatible with keyboard and gamepad. Uses the vanilla engine key (no new keybindings).
Multiplayer supported. AI workers are not affected.
NOTE: Not compatible with other ignition/cold start mods (Real Ignition, Cold Start System, RVB glow plug module, Advanced Damage System). Disable those to avoid conflicts.

- COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM for trucks: HUD pressure gauge, charges while the engine runs, loses pressure while parked, consumed by braking, and reduced braking + damage when pressure is insufficient. Pressure persists in the savegame. |
